We bought a godrej interio bed from Agricultural Machinery Mart,R.B. Basu Road,Parbirhata,Burdwan-713101

0342 3290920)on 14.4.2011,which was delivered with parts missing. The bed has broken down whitin a month. we have complained to the dealer who has not done anything about it. He is tring to waste time so that the warranty period gets over. we filed a complained in January this year. he has talked to us rudely and has informed us that our complaints cannot effect them be it the consumer forum or godrej company. We have requested him many times but actions have not been taken. If he cannot do anything about it, We request him to take back this bed and refund our money. Please help.
