GIC home loan

Sir/Madam,
I was taken home loan from GIC(General Insurance Company) at Connaught Place, where I was given commission(15,000) to dealer for early clearance of loan amount. Now that deal was cancelled and they are denying to give me the commission amount. However, I was also given the cheque of processing fees 2809/- which I was not asked to take. Kindly, advice me on this matter as early as possible.
