I am vatsala prabhakar from agra i have a complaint regarding my number with airtel network i was using prepaid mobile wherein i was offered to covert my mobile to postpaid and since then they told me that my bill will b nt more than 1000 a month as per my usage . Then the horrible things started my plan was chngd withougt my permission my bill started touching heights like anything and now they have stopped my outgoing calls also still they says i have a unbilled amount wherein my phone is nt working since 15 days and i m nt able to use it. i cslled customer care and they r of no help plz help as they have send me a bill of 7000 in a month which is at all un acceptable…..my number is 9412256391
