getting no replacement of newly purchased handset

i bought a new sony erricson xperia u 4 days gao frm authorised sony centre..

having 1 year replacement warranty

But on using the phone i found that its sound was cracking while listening songs… and sometimes the hand set also skips the sound and plays no sound at all also while playing videos it gives a crack sound after the completion of video songs… then i reported it to the centre from where i purchased the phone then they gave me some suggestions to use high quality songs.. i tried that also but still the problem remained unsolved.. actually this handset comes with 1 year replacement warranty.. then they directed me to sony service centre . there they paid no interest to my problem.. i asked them to compare the sound of my handset with another xperia u .. they did it… and there was difference b/w the sounds… but they still said sir ther is no diff and we cant give u a replacement for this… and then i showed them some cracking sounds in my handset while playing songs.. they said it is due to virus in my phone. they deleted my data and software.. saying this will solve my problem.. but again there is same problem in sound. according to me the speaker of the phone is not ok. they keep on ignoring my complaint saying its a small thing… but being a customer i have spent 16000 on the phone and i deserve the best of it…it may be a small issue for them but i am not a fool to buy a defective phone for 16000.. then they said they will replace it just to cool down the matter.. but still getting no positive response frm the.. plz help …
