On 5 Nov 2014, I had booked HD Digital Set Top Box on videocon dth’s official site http://www.videocond2h.com/.

But I got a call next day from your office that they are unable to install that set top box and dish because of some problem created by local goons from my area.
So as they suggested, I cancelled the corresponding order, and purchased it from another local shop.
And its almost two months now, after cancelling my order, I still didn’t get cashback of 2160 rupees.
So as per conversation on the follow up calls for the same, sending i tried sending the mail to [email protected] as suggested by the person i contacted on 02266224343(the no was given to me by customer care of videocon dth and I was told that its sales department no, from where only I can get cash back).
