i had taken Home secure Policy in 2006 (for 5 Year) & renewed same in 2012 for 5 Year with ICICI Lombard, My Home Boundary Wall (one side Area)was colleps ,reconstructed by me , but ICICI bank not given Claim for the same, can some you pls help me on it.

sir, my brother did a ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, in the year 2006. every month he was paying 1500/-,in the middle only he stoped.i think aproximatly he paid total 13000/-, but now that amount is blocked, and they are not ready to pay that amt abz we stopd in the middle and if we countinue to one more year they may possible to refund the amout. I dont no i can get this amount or not, can you guide me proparly that how can i get back that amount, plz help me
