The AC purchased on 11 June 2018 which is under warranty period. Having faced the consistent issue of not colling we have made several complaints through Volta’s consumer complaints no 18004254555,1800114000,9650694555 and current complaints no is 19052816359. Every time we were provided with Complaints ID with an assurance to arrange Complaints ID with an assurance to arrange technician visit. Also ,they have shared with the service centre no which doesn’t work at all. I don’t understand what kind of service Voltas is offering of calling for the same issue again n again and finally decided to bring it to your attention with an anticipation of getting some solution, Bill is attached herewith for your kind reference.Kindly look into these and let me know if I need to provide any more info. Shall look forward to hear from you at the soonest possibility.
