Gas Leakage

A Gas cylinder delivered by the above Agency is found leaking today morning and a complaint was lodged with the supplier. One delivery man came around noon and informed my wife that the cylinder is OK. In fact the cylinder is still leaking. because when I put water on its nozzle there forms a fountain of water and gas. Since it is dangerous to keep the same in the house I have placed the same outside and asked the supplier to rectify it. But there is no reply from them. When I make repeated telephone calls they disconnect the phone.

Under these circumstances, Cound you kindly advise me as to whom should I contact in such emergency cases.
