G3 Motors Limited, Dombivli – Cheating Customers and over charging.

My vehicle Mahendra Scorpio met with an accident and I approached G3 Motors – authorised service center of Mahendra.
After two days I got an estimate of approx Rs 95,000 from them. I checked with other service centers and understand the
Repair cost will be maximum Rs 30-35 thousand. I refused the estimate given by G3 Motors and they informed me that they
Can reduce the repair and other charges upto Rs.60,000. I again refused their offer and requeted them to return my vehicle.
They charges Rs 2000 against the estimation charges and informed me that will charge Inr 350 per days against parking charges.
I informed them that they are over charging and I will take necessary action against them, as the papers given by them clearly
Shows estimation charges Inr 500 and parking charges after the repair will be Rs 250 per day. they were not ready to reduce
On estimation charges but agreed for @Rs 250 per day against parking charges. They billed me total Rs 3000 + s.tax and given me a bill
No. RBC13G001075 Dtd 14/06/2012. I would like to get refund of Rs 2500 and another Rs 10000 against wasiting my 3 days with them.
