Compressor of my AC got fused on 2nd may 2012 its complaint was lodged to the local attendant of the company but no body took it seriously then again we lodged complaint(Our complaint number is RNA120528085916)in customer care on 28th may and up till now no action has been taken by the company, they simply recommend one or other contact number to deal with the problem and their customer care officer Ekta vishwakarmawhose mobile number was given from customer care is least bothered about her duties and every time she ignores our phone calls. And even if she receives she remains so rude and impolite. Its my kind request to you to take some strict action against the company and its incompetent and irresponsible employees.
