I have booked tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad as I live in Delhi and the job is in HYD. I booked the flight from PAYTM, in which I paid an extra charge for the full refund on the cancellation.
I cancelled the flight before the 24 hours of time and it got cancelled successfully. Now the Paytm is refusing to pay me my original amount i.e. the ticket price Rs 3680. I have lodged 3 complaints against them in their own portal but no one is responding.
