Full & Final Pending since 16 Months

Dear Sir,

This is Raj kumar, worked with Linquest India Pvt. ltd, Sector 16, Noida. as Implementation Engineer.

I was Resigned Feb. 2011, but my Full and Final are still pending.
I am severally contacted them by Phone call as well as on mails but negative resposes.

I am Provided them Salary related Time-Sheet & Expenses Sheet them twice.

I have soft copy of all of them.

But they are not taking interest to clear my Full and Final.
Already mail to Higer level.

But no Positive Responses from their side.

Please tell me how will i get my amount from them……………….!!
