Dear Sir,
I was suppose to stay in hotel ginger surat on9th and 10th of July, But do to offical work i could not occupay on 9th the same was informed to the hotel, they said me to inform with the attached voucher. i sent the mail immediately but their response comes at 3pm where as i had informed at 9am.
In their response they said me to contact the portal through whom i had contacted.
The next day on 10th july when i was there, they refused me the room. The entire money was lost. can any body help. This people are taking people for a ride in the name of TATA
