Frequent problem with landline & broadband connection

Name of company/service: Airtel

I hereby make a complaint against airtel for providing improper service and who failed to consider the complaint made by me.The problem exists for very long time and no one at airtel bothered to look into the matter Following are the complaint numbers

9th dec 2011 – comp no 8561592

and the list extend till date.

I am with airtel for almost 5 years and they refuse to give me a proper landline handset.What is the use in having just the line alone without handset.Finally the service person who came this morning said that there is some external cable issue and it cant be done anything.Even i tried to terminate the connection inorder to save my money but the service person are doing that despites making the request.My point is are we consumers slave for airtel.
