Name of company/service: Freecharge.in
I recharged my phone Tata Indicom phone using the portal “freecharge.in” but did not receive the recharge after the money was debited from my account. Was told to speak to the service provider for the same but the service provider says it does not have any information about the transaction.
Further, the freecharge guys have closed my compliant without even discussing the matter..
