I Anil Kumar is a policy holder of HDFC Standard Life Ins. Co Ltd under the policy no:[15017115],is complaining that I took policy on 16-Mar-2012 & paid the premium of Rs.15000,But policy bond not giving by company.When i give complaint to company for policy bond By toll free no.Than company send policy bond on 17 may 2012.I not agree with his policy terms & condition.When i go in company hisar office for free- look of policy on 21 may 2012. In branch i meet to branch manager mr. jitender & B O for free look of policy in 15 days .Branch manager not give any response for free look and told that policy cannot be free look ,and take policy bond without any free look reciept . He told me false rule a bout free look of policy. he told me that no chance of policy free look . Than i give complaint to IRDA toll free no on date 23 may 2012 . But company give not any response for free look in 15 days. I want free look of policy and my money refund as soon as possible. contact no:-9255565293.I am not satisfied from company service. So i want my mony back.
