Dear Sir / Madam,
I have registered for NCFM Capital Market Dealer Module Examination on 26/05/2012.My NCFM Registration numbers is NCFM-00000350743 whose examination date was 18.06.2012. When I made registration at your Kolkata Deshopriyapark Branch(99,Rashbehari Avenue,Kolkata-700019) their concern person has told me that I will get the NCFM Book within seven days but unfortunately that book was not delivered till date-till writing of this mail to you.
My examination date was 18.06.2012. Now you tell me without book how can candidate will give the examination. you people are doing business with studies and candidate. You have charged Rs.1500/- for the books and registration fees but your NSE organisation has not send the book.
My question is 1) If you are charging for the book then why it was not send to me or candidate? 2) If candidates unsecured in the examination then again you will charge Rs.1500/- for the examination without sending the books? Why.
I think its intentionally doing by you and your organisation so that for re registration you can earned more and more money by this way from lots of candidates which is totally fraudulent activities.
Kindly arrange to refund my Rs.1500/- as soon as possible either matter will highlight in the media as well as in consumer forum / courts.
I hope you will refund my money as soon as possible by the way of DD in favour of ” AMAR NATH SRIWASTAVA”
