This is to bring into your kind notice that we purchased a microtec inverter from “Shri Swaroop Electronics” at WZ-139A/1A, New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi-110018 on 17th May, 2012 but we are not in the receipt of the bill till date even after paying the relevant taxes and inverter amount. We asked for the bill thrice but we still did not received that.
Also, please be informed that there were lot of hidden charges involved in the installation which were not disclosed at the time of purchase inspite of asking them time and again such as we were told initially that the inverter charges would be Rs.11800 including the installation charges i.e. Rs. 500, However after agreeing to this amount, they informed that there would be a tax inclusion of Rs. 350 which we paid.
At the time of installation, their serviceman asked to pay another Rs. 80 for absolutely no reason and even after paying the committed installation charges, the installer asked to pay another Rs. 250, we were left with no option but to pay both of them as they started bellowing at our premises.
Paying more than committed was one, but the most disheartening thing is the way the inverter was installed. The installer made holes in almost every single wall even when he was informed that we had extra wiring available internally, more like a formality, he just made it visible and ugly across all the walls.
Please also note, when we approached “Shri Swaroop Electronics” and escalated this up, but they clearly refused to assist and said that just to fix it, we need to pay more.
