Name of company/service: Eureka Forbes – Compact water filter
We wanted to replace our old Eureka Forbes water filter with a new one. The salesman Anil Yadav (9038168) promised to refund the AMC of the old maching that we had already paid. There was no response from him thereafter. After complaining to the helpline continuously for three months also there is no response from the company. Please be wary of all these sales practices and get your refunds before you part with your money.
