I have to complaining that I have been fooled by the Airtel customer care repeatedly since February to till now.
They made my Airtel TV channel monthly pack through the phone for the month of February. But it does not last 15 to 16 days. Then when I tell them my problem on the phone (03344448080), they tell me that this problem will not be there since today to further, but I am still facing this problem. Every time I told them my problem by my phone. They showed me various kinds of excuses. I’m totally harassed by them. My customer ID is 3020186124. Please take strong action against them
