I had bought an Blackberry Storm 9530 from Naaptol in March for Rs.9198 Order no.3702657, product sent to me was not working but in sealed condition,don’t know how they are able to do this.,
I wrote a complaint, they asked me to send the product & they will send me a replacement, after 10days of follow-ups received another piece which dint switch on at all even after hours of charging,.
I again wrote a mail & they asked me to return the product & till today i have not got any replacement nor getting any response from the company.
this is a request from me to the consumer forum that kindly help me in this case & its been more than 3months that i have been suffering with Naaptol for its false commits & fear many more like me are suffering with these online promoters who never keep up to any customer commits.
kindly do the needful at the earliest.
