Frauds by Tikona Executive

Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband

I am sanjay gautam from noida. i paid rs. 1550/- to Executive of tikona company for a new broadband connect on 9th of march, 2012. but there is no response tikona company side regarding this.

i have already spoken with their Customer care executive about this. but they always said will get back you you with in 2 days.

now i want my money back. kindly do something
