Name of company/service: Myntra.com

Dear sir,

pls help us,
We purchased a shoos from myntra.com of below specification.

Size : 10Number
Colour : white
Company name : Puma

but myntra delivered us wrong size, wrong colour and wrong company.
He delivered us below specification shoos which is wrong.

Size : 09 Number
Colour : silver / gray
Company name : goldstar

As we recd the courier we immediate call on MYNTRA.COM help line number and inform them
That it is wrong material we received. But till we were paid to courier person the full amount of shoos.

Myntra assured us that they will return us the money back.
As they suggest we were do as it is and return the courier back to MYNTRA.COM by maruti courier.

Now he is not returning my money back.

Pls help us.
