Fraudlent activities by company

The parcel box which i have received got shocked after seeing that the box is not containing the Helmet but instead it was full of Old magazenes AND NEWS PAPERS. Its totally Cheating the Customer, for this reason only everybody is hating the online shopping.
Sir, i couldn’t believe that your shopping site, ie. india’s no 1 automobile shopping site can cheat the customers like this.

Its my humble request for you please refund my money.
