My name is Rashid Ali, Add. G-37, C-4, Dilshad Colony East Delhi-110095. my contact no. 9911213432. I received a call from Cache Mercantile for Privilege Club Membership card. they charge rs.6999 me for membership card through my credit card(phone banking)after a week i don’t want to continue with membership. so i told the team of cache mercantile company for refund my money as per company norm(T&C). They denied to refund my money.

Governing Law:-
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles, and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
Cancellation:- If a Member wishes to cancel and / or terminate his / her Membership, he may do so by calling Cache within 14 days of joining. In all eventualities, decision of Cache will be final and binding on all the parties.
