fraud with a physically handicapped senior cetizen

Sir,
my mother Mrs Saroj vashisht,a senior cetizen has lost her eyesight because of retina degeneration.she has her account with ICICI bank,where she goes often to operate her account and renew FDs etcalmost three yrs back,Mr abhishek ,manager at that time in B-1 janakpuri branchtold her to invest in life pension scheme planrather than renewing her FDs.though she told him that she wants to be safe as that was only their source of income.Mr Abhishek insisted that its a guarranted profit scheme,will not depend on market etc and got her money invested in this scheme,took her signs also as she is hardly able to see,when after one and a hallf month policy papers came from head office…we,her family members were shocked to see that it was not at all a guarranted scheme,it definately depends upon market,one cant withdraw amount before 3 yrs and even after 3 yrs,if you want to withdraw,lot of money from our capital amount will be deducted…..nothing of this sort was told to her earlier by Mr Abhishek……since my mother is handicapped, myself her daughter took her so many times to ICICI office ,talked to so many persons..but nobody listened to us….Mr Abhishekwas later on posted in Uttam nagar branch…I some how took his mobile no but he was very rude and told us jahan jana hai jao,jo bhi complaint likhao….I on behalf of my blind mother request you people to ger her justice….the company should return her amount with no deductions and with normal FD interest of banks rate for the past three yrs…waiting for an early response from your side
