Order No 52517 was placed on vicky.in on 23 Aug 2018 for a toy costing Rs 858/-. Now despite number of email the order status is not being told, the helpline phone numbers are continuously switched off. I am not getting any response from vicky.in, whereas the payment has been credited to their account. Its fraud website. Please intervene for delivery of item of get the refund processed.
