Complaint is about the agency named my dream my tour based in ernakulam, kerala run by a person named Madhu Shankar. He a complete cheat, he contacted me through a popular travel website and somehow convinced me to book directly with him. He took an advance of 25k shared all vouchers with me as well.after few days he just disappeared, I wasn’t able to contact him . The hotel people told they haven’t received any payment but they are holding the booking. At the last moment I had to cancel the trip. Be aware of such fraud agencies
