It was delivered to me on 24 Dec 2016 by blue dart courier on COD. As soon as I received it I opened up the parcel and took the phone, I found the screen panel is dislocated, I inserted the battery and switched it on, it just vibrated and went blank didn’t work at all. I tried to charge it thinking the battery would be dead for almost 2 to 3 hours, but all in vain it didn’t work at all. They sold me a dead damaged phone, I immediately called all the numbers provided by them for almost 15 to 20 times, they didn’t pick my call, I mailed them about the issue they didn’t reply. Later lately they sent me a mail saying;
There is no issue in the phone our team has check twice n than only desptach the phone
About the glass if ur phone has fallen from hand it might come out
Still allowed us some time, our team will call you .
I immediately called them, but this time they started diverting my calls. I also sent them mail about what happened exactly, they just stopped replying me completely and ignored me so finally I decided to file up a complain at this forum. Its my kind request to you to do something about my issue, I want replacement or refund. Bann that site so that we can save other people to be cheated and exploited by them. I want justice through consumer forum.
