Fraud regarding the service provided

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

It is regarding the foul play by Tata Docomo with respect to their Caller Tune Services. I activated the song ‘Din khon mapa achhe’ on 13th April 2013 at 1PM. However till now I am not able to listen to the caller tune I have opted for. Though i have been charger Rs 15 (may be more) for this service but still now I could only listen to the default tata docomo caller tune. Moreover I complained twice in customer care service and I was informed like it would get resolved within 4 hours but with no result. As people may not be aware Tata docomo charges 50 paise each time you talk to the customer care. So it means I spent money for no result. And moreover reaching to Tata docomo’s customer care service is a hectic task as most of the time it will say all the operators are busy and in next moment they will disconnect the call (they wont even keep you in waiting). So you need to call all over again which is really annoying. If any consumers do not pay their EMI or loan or bills properly the next moment they find their CIBIL score degrading. I just wanted to know if there is any that sort of institutions who rates those service provider based their performances.

I request you to kindly take necessary actions for this issue. It is not the first time I have issues with Tata docomo. Previously also I found Tata docomo to activate irrelevant services on my mobile without my concern and charging for the same. As their fraudulent activities have reached a new level thus I was forced to write a complaint against them.

    Poor Customer Care Service

    I have ported in my mobile no (9750976655) to TataDocomo on 07/04/2013. My last recharge I have done on 12th May 2013 amount Rs.150/-. 18th May 2013 automatically caller tune was activated and amount Rs.120/- has been deducted in my main balance.

    I am continuously calling day by day 198 complaints I trying to register my complaint. But no one is taking care of the complaint. Whenever I am trying to explain they are not interested listen at least. Because already they aware of this then how many to listen the same story? Right.

    198 customer care complaints have only one complaint per day. So can’t call again and again. Rs.120/- is not a very small amt. to leave. It was biggest cheat my life time. How can I am going to explain and through which way? Govt. has to look at this serious issue.

    Another big problem Coimbatore City has no Tata Tele GSM Prepaid Customer Care. I went Coimbatore RS Puram TataDocomo Customer Care Service centre they said Tata GSM Prepaid customer Service Support Desk is not in Coimbatore and you have to go Chennai only. TataDocomo is not having prepaid customer care centre in Coimbatore. Coimbatore one of the largest textile city in Tamilnadu / India but TataDocomo having huge number of prepaid customers but they operating without prepaid customer care centre. What to do? Govt. / TRAI have to see this. What can layman do?

    I request you to kindly pay back my money Rs.120/- (9750976655). As soon as possible. I have spent lot of my working time to solve this problem.
