Name of company/service: Lenskart

Got a sunglass from lenskart’s online service, which was faulty. They asked for the images of the defects and did a reverse pickup. after repeated calls and request the sunglass has not yet shipped nor the money returned. No compensation has been made. What a plight!! Very irate and dissapointed. Want to have action against them.
