I had placed on order for Soda maker on May 6th 2012 in timtara.com. at the time payment it was clearly mentioned that product will be delivered in 15 working days but even after a month it did not happen. Later i cancelled my product and till today my amount is not refunded back.
Customer care service is really worst. They doesnt know how to speak english and dont have any information about anything. only answer we can get is ” we had raised a complaint from our end, you will receive money in 7-20 working days”
i would request you to take action on this fraud webiste, which always gives wrong information and never delivers product,
