But the website is showing an offer where we can get 53rs talktime for recharge of 29rs. It was the fault of the vodafone company that they haven’t updated their website with the latest offer and are showing one offer in website and activating another offer. Its not fair on the part of vodafone And customer service is becoming worse day by day. The customer service representative told me that they will arrange for a callback in 24 hours which i haven’t received till today.
Be careful if any such things repeat. I am going to port my number to any other telecom service operator. -

I spoke to your executive. But there was no perfect reply from your executive. She answered that they will get back to me after a day or two. But there was no word from her that either will i get the promised offer or a refund. All she replied that You have got a offer of local V to V – 10p/min for four weeks which i don’t require.But the promised offer was of that 53 rs talktime for RC 29 valid for four days
I have wasted money calling the customer care service for 4 or 5 times. The customer service executive wasn’t able to help me out correctly. The executives picked up the call and transferred the call to their supervisor. Supervisors are also saying that we can’t help you out as the offer has been changed. They are taking time to transfer calls to charge the customer for the customer service they have provided. It was vodafone’s fault that they haven’t updated the website and bluffing their loyal customers. I am a customer who is using service of vodafone since it was hutch. With this small fault on your side and improper response you are forcing me to think about porting my number to other operator. This is the care you provide to your loyal customer. I want to add a point that when I called vodafone customer care there was no proper reply from the executives. She replied me in a rude manner when I asked for a refund. Then I have complained in the online consumer forum. The way she replied was like do whatever you want but we are not or we will never refund your money back to you. I just want to ask that are you people providing the services for free to me that your customer care executive was speaking as if she was paying for my phone expenses. Customer care call should be toll free as before because your customer care service was very very poor. At first vodafone was famous for its customer service but now its the area you are unable to serve the people better than before. Cheap methods are being adopted by vodafone to charge customer for the call to customer care.
First teach your executives how to keep hold on their tongues and also update your website with the latest offers.The tariffs are going up day by day but customer service going vice versa…!!! -
