Fraud network providers plz punish them severely, un necessary deduction in main a/c

Location/place: Madanapalle

Name of company/service: Vodafone andhrapradesh

Unnecessarily deducting money from main balance.
Poor customer grievance.
I was very frustrated about the way they are treating customers.
While we are calling two times or three times they are telling silly reasons like
network fault,
server busy,
but they don’t tell reasons why they deducted money.
My appeal is to penalize heavily,bring one law and be helpful to people of India.
