FRAUD me by providing fake services

dear sir,
i am complaining second time regarding my problem,in first when i write complaint to you regarding my problem,when you take action they reply and promise me to provide service.firstly am thanks to you for that.but sir , their promise for service are fake and still am not getting the services ,they told me to provide services in 48 hrs but today is around 7 days .they called me and tell me your services is on within 24 hrs .when they have to receive money they came in same address but after getting money they told me your address is wrong or elsewhere .am totally harassed so its my kindly request to you please take some strict step towards company once again and am very greatful to you sir.please help me amd getting warning from you they did not take action after that so take appropriate action.
