i bought dell vostro laptop from Fasttrack computer limited sco 63 sector 20c chandigarh on 23rd martch 2012 worth rs 30,000. now i m facing problems with this product and i have shown it to customer care center of dell and they told me that this product has resaled to me. this had been already saled in sept 2011 in europe. but i have bought as fresh piece from shop and dealer have not innformed me about this and not dealing properly with me. They have refused to change my laptop and unnecessirly harrasing me.
please do the needful
