Name of company/service: tata photon plus
My plan was rs 550 pm for 30 hrs and actual usage was 34 hrs but i received bill of rs 3120 for which i talked several times to their executives but they sent me high court notice for not paying bill. To avoid court case i paid the whole bill of rs 3120. Then i was going to consumer court but one of their executive said me to adjust the excess amount in my next two bills but they again sent me the bill of approx. Rs 1800 . Please suggest what to do.
