Fraud in Unlimited plan R-R 399

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

I received this SMS on 27 Jun. This message promised 399 Plan for unlimited Reliance – Reliance calls. I went to a shop for recharge with 399 Plan. He recharged it and this was successful with 0.01 balance. When a call was made to shop keeper’s phone it went successfully (local) but when call was made to other reliance phones (STD) the balance is deducted immediately.
When complained with shopkeeper and customer care, both are not taking responsibility of the recharge. There is no balance credited to account. If Reliance made this recharge then where is the balance. This is a fraud making thousands of consumers falling in trap. And i personally blame reliance to be involved in this for when recharged by reliance no balance is credited.
