Purchased a 1.5 ton Croma split Ac last year in May. arount 10th june this year the AC has stopped working and made a complaint to croma as i have purchased and extended warranty from them. the service team told me the work will be done from thair warranty provide with the name of “On-Site” the complaint Number is :Del110618EW00238. The onsite team sent a technician on 15th long after the timeline of 72 hours saying that the have got complaint on 13th and this is within timeline.
However the ordeal was yet to start, the technician told me that the part name “PCB” need to be replaced and would take 3-4 days time (Just to remind that this is in the mid of scrotching heat and the tempreture was 45-47 degrees and these guys were just giving me time after time). However this is 26th of June and I am still waiting hear anything positive from them.
Its been more then 15 days now and these cheaters are just playing with the customers money. I have paid for the services in advance and am waiting for them to revert.
Constant call everyday to their customercare for status is my routine and everyday i had to explain my ordeal to a new person in the customer care. There is this manager my the name of “Mr. Naidu” he has spoken to me on the first day and since then he doestnot come on call even after a specific requests.
This is the pathatic situation and they say that its TATA enterprise. I dont think they should be in the business the way they are providing the services.
