in the http://selfcare.edc.bsnl.co.in the other details such as paid bill details, current bill amount, details of complaint made, but its very surprising that the details of broadband usage & the details of call made are not available in the same site, what does it reflect???? The responsible person are sending the unjustified bills. For the month of May 2012 I have been charged Rs.1654/- for my broadband usage & local call whereas it should be with in Rs.700/-. Its very shameful.
