Hello,
I changed my Idea gsm postpaid plan to HOUSEFULL plan on 20th April 2012. The plan details(per month) are as below,
400 Local min free, 400 sms free, 512 mb gprs free
Call charges —
Idea-Idea call 30 p/m
Local call 40 p/m
STD call – 50 p/m
SMS—-
Local sms 20 p
National sms 20 p
International sms 5 Rs
When I received bill on 21st may 2012, i was charged 1.5 Rs per sms and when I called Idea call centre, the executive accepted the mistake and said that it will be corrected and I will get new bill. But after one week I got call from Idea that my bill will not be changed and I am charged correctly. This is disgusting and cannot be tolerated. I am being asked to pay Rs1.3 more per sms fo rthe entire month which is approx Rs 1000 more.
