Dear Sir,
I have purchased a HONDA ACTIVA scoter (white) from PIONEERONE HONDA AGENCY NOIDA.,U.P. on 20.05.2012 by the name of PRITI GUPTA( DAUGHTER IN LAW) for 56,500 rs (Exchanged old bike). I have got delivery at 9 PM in night after waiting 3.5 hrs from some other showroom and a person from their side has delivered the scooter at my home (I have to drive my car also), which is 35 kms from showroom (Greater Noida). I have not taken any test drive and not even checked anything because of getting very late for home . I was sure that there would be no problem in the scoter as the scoter is new. but the next day when I drove the scoter , I heard some noise at front side because of some internal problem. Immediately next day I have informed agency about the problem occurred. but no response from their side. Then I informed HONDA corporate office , but the result is same. After 3 days executive came and make us responsible for the internal problem. After this they delayed matted till 15 days and then I written a complain letter in details regarding internal problem of scoter to Honda corporate office , Gurgoan and copy to Lucknow zonal office(Honda) and dealer Noida.
After that till date (1.5 months) I have written many letters and emails(05.06.2012,25.06.2012,05.07.2012,20.07.2012) to HONDA COMPANY regarding this fraud but they have not replied any of them. and ignored this matter and supported the dealer.
This is the request to the forum to help us either change new activa scoter or refund me my full money 56,500 rs. because I have been given a faulted (repaired or old)scoter from showroom . This is the matter of fraud .I don’t want any repair in new scooter (problem occurred within 3 days) as I hAve fuul paid for the new scooter.
Kindly help us to get JUSTICE as I have taken so many mental stress .kindly ask company to give new HONDA SCOTER or REFUND full amount what I have paid to them.
