Fraud from Airtel

Hi Team,
I would like to place a complaint against Airtel. I am using Airtel DTH services.
I was getting sms from Airtel that my recharge is about to finish to kindly recharge the account. Therefore I made a call to Airtel regarding this and ask them different packages available at that time and I finally agree for 6 months mega package which cost me 1957 rupees and according to this package I was about to get 20 days subscription free after six months , so I recharge my account with 2000 rupees on 3rd August 2012 and ask the customer care executive to activate my six months mega package, that executive told me that there are 2 days left for my previous subscription so he will recharge it after two days. I agreed and said fine but do the needful.
I checked my account on 10th Aug in which my 6 months package was not activated and airtel was deducting amount on daily bases. Therefore I again called on customer care and the executive told me that the package is still not active so I asked her to kindly do the same on my previous request but she told me that she can’t as that mega package is not available and expires on 8th august and there are some new packages available which I do want to take so I asked her to connect me a senior executive.
She connected me to Mr Depansh Srivastava who listen my concern very politely but refuse to help me for any of my concern and told me that he can’t do anything about it so I asked him to connect some of his senior officer. This incident took place at 7.05 pm 10th Aug 2012 and he said that I will get a call within 2 hours but I have not got any call from airtel so far. My concerns are as follows..
I asked the executive to recharge my account on 3rd Aug 2012 than why account has not been recharged so far.
Mr Depansh told me that there is no heads-up from the company for any changes any packages till 8th Aug and the entire executive got this information as a surprise which is not acceptable.
As a customer I asked to activate my package on 3rd Aug 2012 and if company forgot to do so than it is not fault and I should get the same benefits promised by the airtel. It is not customer responsibility to check it again and again that whether their recharge has been done or not.
Please let me know for more information.
