Fraud / Forced Sale done for a Policy

HI,

My name is Sheina Singh, recently on 28th June 2012, I purchased one Hitachi 5 Star twin motor AC from Rhythm House in Noida Sector – 18. I got the AC financed through Bajaj finance.

I would like to bring to your notice the fraud that has been done with me against the loan that I have taken.
On 9th July 2012 I got a mailer from Bajaj Finserve informing me about a Insurance Policy with the following details

Policy Holder Name -> Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Policy Holder No -> 0223291728

I was never informed nor ever purchased suh policy.I have spoke to the executive who was dealing with me from Bajaj while giving me this loan his name is Arun. I have also escalated this matter to his senior Aneesh, but of no use, They say we have not done this, this is the work of call center.

Rrquest you to please look into the matter as I have never applied for this policy also, I want this Policy to be cancelled but I am not getting help anywhere. Pls help
