15 july ko maine 1 tv Samsung 26 Inches HD LED UA26D4003B Television online order book kiya aur online payment bhi kar diya, but jab mere pass courrier ka dispatch number nahi aya to maine customer care ko call kiya to company keh raha tha ke 1-2 din me mil jayega, but jab dispatch number fir bhi nahi aya to again maine call kiya to company wahi ghisa pita jawab diya lekin jab maine sara details manga to company kehti hai ke wo price error tha so apka order cancel kiya ja raha hai aur product apko nahi milega,company ke jis price tag per maine order book tha wo 2 days tak tha.
mere baar baar request karne per bhi company ne meri ek na suni, aur khud hi mere mail per amount refund ke liye request daal diya, jab ke amount refund ka process mere mail request bhejne ke baad karti hai aur usme bhi 48 hours ka time leti hai, mera television kharidne ka sapna chur chur kar diya kyunki jo amount maine tv kharidne ke liye deposit kiya tha wo is wajah se khatam ho gaya, aur ab main thaga hua sa mehsoos kar raha hoon plzz mujhe bataye ki main kya action le sakta hoon aur mujhe insaaf kaise milega.
