Dear Sir,With due respect I Pankaj Bisht (Sub-Inspector) BSF presently deployed at Indo-Bangladeh Border and serving for nation in extreme hard area of Tripura would like to bring following complaints against Spicejet Airlines for your kind consideration and legal action please.
I booked my air ticket on 19 March 2012 from Spice Jet from Delhi to Agartala for 14 April 2012 as I was required to join my duty on 15 April 2012 be ing member of disciplined force. My booking Number is 270075 dated 19.3.2012 and PNR No.TYVBED and paid Rs.4816/- for the fare to comfort my journey. But on 08 April 2012 Spice Jet has sent a message on my mobile No.9560338699 that flight has been cancelled and contact on Phone No.09871803333, but inspite of repeated dialing from last two days no one is responding from their side which shows that they don’t want to pay the attention or hear of customers complaint . Neither Spice Jet has adjusted me in another flight nor answering on the phone. At this later stage flight rates have been increased from Rs.5000/- to Rs.7000/- and as on date rates of air ticket are Rs.10000- to Rs.12000/-. A person who is planning one month earlier for his journey and booking ticket one month earlier due to urgent nature , but from Airlines Co. customer go to hell.
I contacted from agent from where I had booked the ticket and he contacted Spice jet airlines and intimated that, Spice Jet has cancelled the ticket without any intimating the reason, without adjustment in another flight, and without paying the difference amount of air fare, at this stage I am not in position to pay the higher rate of fare.
Keeping in view of above it is requested that action may be taken against the Spice Jet airlines by imposing heavy penalty for providing harassment to customer due to very poor and bad management, due to fraud and fake booking of ticket and kept air ticket fare money with them. Besides that amount of fare be refunded to customer with the interest @ 500% per day of fare paid by the customer to avoid such type of corruption created by airlines Company.
