I bought Pune to Goa and Goa to Pune flight tickets through Goibibo on 16th of March having PNR of ZDDBRW with departure date & time – Tue, 17 Mar 12:20, Spicejet SG-516 and return date & time – 19th Mar 14:00, Spicejet SG-517.
But on 18th got SMS from spicejet saying that ” Due to operational reason, your flight from Goa to Pune will now operate as SG-517 on 20th Mar.
When i contacted Spice Jet customer care ” they told me that your agent ( GOIBIBO) has changed your departure date & time from – Tue, 19 Mar 14:00 to 20th Mar 14 :00.
How can GOIBIBO changed my date of departure without my consent.
They (GOIBIBO) have put me under huge hardship and stress.
Have tried reaching out to GOIBIBO on their so called toll-free no 18602585858 and lost rs 78 of my talk-time due to chargeable “toll-free no 18602585858” but could not go through with their horrible IVR.
I will have to arrange money for hotel stay and my family is under extreme stress in Pune due to corona virus.
