Such a poor, bad and unethical service. I have paid 1350 for just 12 roses and 500 gms of Chocalte Truffle Cake. I anted the gift to be delivered at 12 midnight, so they charged extra 300 for it. To my surprise they delivered the cake at 11pm a day before the B’day, the gave vanilla cake instead of Chocolate truffle cake. They have just bluffed me badly. Have I known that they will do something like this I would have never choosen this site for the gift. They just spoiled all my mood and the surprise.
Now when I am asking hem for refund of midnight delivery charges they are just not responding. Firstly they always keep the call on hold or else it comes busy, they don’t even respond you through email.
If I had order the same from local vendor the whole product would have cost me not more than 400 Rs but because the one to whom I wanted to gift didn’t stayed in the same city and I had no knowledge of the local vendors of that city.
