CHEATING DONE BY STAFF OF BUILDER
I purchased flat from GAURSONS HI-TECH INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED at Greater Noida West UP. At the time of booking builder said that my booking is under freebies scheme and i will get free items at the time of fitout. But now problem started. Builder staff delayed the document required by my bank for disbursal of loan amount so scheme get lapse. Whole delay was intentional by the builder. Builder has not informed about the lapse of the scheme. Founder of the company Sri B L Gaur intervened in the matter. But staff is not respecting him and not obeying his order. Staff forgotten his values and mantra “Gaur ka Vishwas” After sales service of Gaur is very bad. Be ready to pay extra cost by any means to builder. Builder staff is telling that because of money, power and link they will manage any cheating.
