Rs.15 has been deducted on 12th july. And I don’t know why and how? My no. was switched off since 10th July and I have switched on it on 14th of July. I don’t know anything about the service that has been activated automatically and for which I have been charged for. Then how this could be possible,I don’t understand? I have registered complain on 14th of July at cust. care and I was told that RS.15 will be refunded within 24-48 hrs. But I haven’t got yet. Then again I have contacted to aircel customers – (Afzal Ali and Wasim Khan) and these two shameless people awfully told me that the amount would not be refunded. I want a extreme serious action should be take against the Aircel Company & these two people of the company and the required amount should be refunded.
